As mince pies line the shelves and festive lights twinkle, the Contentworks team would like to wish all colleagues, clients and friends a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Offering tailored content marketing services to the finance and fintech sector, Contentworks finishes 2019 on a high note having enjoyed a successful and productive 12-months.
Highlights – A Year in Review
It has been a busy one for the Contentworks team who not only celebrated the agency’s second birthday, but also extended their clientele, enjoyed high-end collaborations and attended international business conferences. Highlights include:
- Media partnering multiple events
From Nakamoto’s Den which saw digital start-ups going head-to-head for investment, to the iFX EXPO which welcomed internationally renowned speakers such as CySEC Chairwoman, Demetra Kalogerou, Contentworks media partnered many of the year’s top Cyprus-based events. These also included Reflect Festival and the Financial Innovation Forum which took place at the 5-star Parklane Resort and Spa.
For the second year running, the content marketing agency was also awarded the opportunity to media partner Decentralized 2019 – Europe’s premier blockchain conference. This saw Creative Director, Charlotte Day, join the marketing panel to discuss hot industry topics such as Facebook’s Libra, the challenges of blockchain marketing and how to build authenticity and trust within an environment that’s plagued by scams.
Speaking of the agency’s media partner roles, Director of Business, Niki Nikolaou said:
“As the year comes to an end, now is a perfect time to reflect on the months gone by. We’re thrilled to have media partnered such high-profile and well-attended events and enjoyed meeting thought-leaders and experts from the sector. Our work as a leading content marketing agency for finance and fintech brands means we’re always looking to expand the knowledge we have, and this year’s conferences have been extremely beneficial.”
- Producing quality video content
With video content set to account for 82% of all online traffic by 2020, Contentworks has been focused on delivering quality video scripts for a wide range of clients. With the help of collaborative partners including Motion Milk and PitchProper, the team has produced fun and innovative video content for clients including TIOMarkets and Equity Group.
Discussing the importance of video content in the ever-changing financial landscape, Creative Director, Charlotte Day said:
“Our clients require content that breaks down and explains trickier concepts clearly and that’s what we do. Writing great video scripts is imperative and being part of the production process is always incredibly fun. We’d really like to thank everyone we’ve worked with this year and we are looking forward to more video projects in 2020.”
- Regular market analysis and timely content
With finance content there’s no time to relax, with updates happening constantly. The Contentworks team has embraced this offering daily forecasts, weekly crypto reports and regular Medium updates to keep people in-the-know. Brexit has also been a hot topic of conversation with the team following the ever-unfolding story.
Contentworks also offers blogs, articles, whitepapers, PR materials, social media updates and more that are specific to individual brands.
Christmas Celebrations – Contentworks Style
A new decade might be approaching, but Contentworks is wrapping the year up with a unique festive tale. #SantaIsReal and The Elf Who Hated Christmas teasers will appear on Facebook from December 21 with the full story being revealed on the Contentworks blog on Christmas Day.
“Everyone loves a feel-good story at Christmas, so we designed to join in the festive spirit and pen our own. Don’t miss our funny tale which includes a naughty elf, a bunch of fake news, an Instagram-obsessed Santa and a whole lot of mischief.”
